ABOUT US

We are committed to

• Building strong character and personal discipline
• Strengthening communication and leadership skills
• Developing financial literacy and career readiness
• Improving decision-making and emotional regulation
• Establishing clear educational and workforce pathways

The JM:12 Foundation exists to change trajectories —not just outcomes — by investing in young men during the most formative years of their lives.

Who We Serve

JM:12 serves young males between the ages of 12 and 19, particularly those navigating key developmental transitions such as:

• Entering or completing high school
• Transitioning to college, trade programs, or the workforce
• Seeking direction, structure, and positive male mentorship
• Facing social, economic, or environmental barriers

We prioritize serving young men from under-resourced communities and those who may lack consistent access to mentorship, professional networks, and structured life skills development.

Our participants may include:

• First-generation college aspirants
• Young men exploring career pathways
• Youth at risk of disengagement from school or employment
• Emerging leaders seeking structured growth and accountability

JM:12 provides a safe, structured, and growth-oriented environment where young men are challenged, supported, and held accountable. We meet participants where they are and provide clear pathways toward academic persistence, workforce readiness, and responsible adulthood.
